A. Yes we do, our architects are also put in contact with clients on all New Builds and Conversions done in the London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Essex areas.

A. Yes, we can offer as much help as you need, from design ideas to recommending suppliers, but we will do this working with you so you still retain control and do not feel your not being heard.
Q. Does the type of work we want require building regulation permits?
A. This depends on the work you require, clients are advised to apply for necessary documentation from the local building control department.
Q. Can you project manage Refurbishments, Loft Conversions, Interior Design projects, Extensions etc. from start to finish?
A. Yes, we provide project management for all of our services and we ensure that one man will oversee every part of that job (Refurbishment, Conversions, Interior Design project etc.) until the completion date, making it stress free for the client.
Q. Can you provide all of the necessary certification for plumbing and electrical works in order that the work is in line with current regulations?
A. Yes, we use approved gas safe engineers for our plumbing work and bring in our NICEIC part P testing engineer for electrical work, whom we work closely with.
Q. How does your payment structure work?
A. We generally take a deposit before starting the project and as the work progresses and we achieve each milestone we accept a payment. part of our ethos is to build good relationships with clients and ensure the job reaches completion on time and on budget.
